Haynes Gibson was knowledgeable, nice and actually cares about his customers in my experience and the pricing was fair. I would absolutely recommend Precision Heating an Air as a company to work with! However if you have a home warranty, Choice Home Warranty in my case, they are garbage and don’t give a shit about their customers.

From the start, he was very clear about the scope of work and took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what to expect. They installed three mini splits and also serviced my existing system, and everything was done in a very timely and professional manner. Any questions I had, Trey was more than willing to answer and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. I actually had six different companies come out, and Trey not only had one of the most competitive prices, but his knowledge stood out above the rest. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for someone reliable, honest, and knowledgeable, I highly recommend Precision HVAC.

Precision Heating & Air Solutions has provided excellent service to my home on 2 separate occasions. The first encounter Haynes and his crew came to my home to repair a gas fireplace. They arrived on time and performed their work in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with their service, punctuality, and professionalism. A few weeks later, my HVAC started to short cycle. After checking every thing I know to check, I called Haynes on a Friday evening late. He arrived on Saturday morning on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts had to be ordered for the repair. They arrived on Monday and they were installed that day with the same level of service as the first time. mr Gibson and his crew are my new go to for anything HVAC , and gas fireplace needs.

10/10 Haynes Gibson and his crew Steven and Brian are absolutely incredible. I had to have a 2.5 ton unit replaced, Haynes was prompt to respond, talked me through the problems with the old unit, made a couple recommendations and quoted me a very fair price on replacement and labor. They were on time, extremely professional and polite, and very knowledgeable of their trade. Haynes has a lifelong customer from now on, and I will recommend him without hesitation to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance or repair.

Reached out to me late last night and had my ac unit fixed the next day! They was on time and explained everything to me. I didnt know they did hvac units but they do! Oh and the price is wayyyy beyond reasonable!

The price was reasonable, the service was prompt and when it was determined that a new system was needed they were knowlegable and provided a number of solutions. The technicians were on Time and curtious. Worked quickly and efficiently, replacing the system in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. I would strongly recommend their services.

Came out and quickly diagnosed my problem ( air) and found a replacement compressor on an older model in just a couple of hours. Came out and got the new one in quickly no hitches or surprises. I highly recommend using them , they get it done in a good time frame and carefully test everything before they’re done. I’ll use them again.
